Trust Structure

Far East Hospitality Trust (“Far East H-Trust”) is a hospitality stapled group comprising Far East Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust (“Far East H-REIT”) and its subsidiaries (“the Far East H-REIT Group”) and Far East Hospitality Business Trust (“Far East H-BT”) and its subsidiaries (the “Far East H-BT Group”). Far East H-REIT and Far East H-BT are managed by FEO Hospitality Asset Management Pte. Ltd. (“REIT Manager”) and FEO Hospitality Trust Management Pte. Ltd. (“Trustee-Manager”), respectively.

In Singapore, Far East H-REIT owns 12 properties (9 hotels and 3 serviced residences), each of which is leased under a Master Lease Agreement, with the master lessee paying both a fixed rent and a variable rent based on the property’s revenue from operations. The hotel and serviced residence operations are managed by Far East Hospitality Management (S) Pte. Ltd., a related entity of the Sponsor.

In addition, housed in 8 of 12 properties are 180 units of retail and office spaces, which are managed by Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd.

In Japan, Far East H-REIT owns a hotel property operated under the Four Points by Sheraton Nagoya, Chubu International Airport through a Tokutei Mokuteki Kaisha (“TMK”) structure, while Far East H-BT acts as the master lessee through its subsidiary.

Far East H-REIT also holds a 30% joint venture interest in Fontaine Investment Pte Ltd, which owns and operates 3 hotels on Sentosa. These properties are not held under the Trust’s master lease structure.

1 On 25 April 2025, Far East H-REIT completed the acquisition of Four Points by Sheraton Nagoya (“FPN”), and Far East H-BT was activated to acquire CENTRAIR Hotel Systems, Ltd.
2 Far East H-REIT has 13 properties comprising 10 hotels, 3 serviced residences and commercial spaces valued at S$2.56 billion (Valuation as at 31 December 2025).
3 The master lessees of the Singapore hotels and serviced residences are sponsor-related entities which are part of the Far East Organization group of companies. In respect of the Japan hotel, CENTRAIR Hotel Systems Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Far East H-BT, acts as the master lessee.
