It owns 12 properties in Singapore — 9 hotels and 3 serviced residences — with a total of 2,775 hotel rooms and 240 serviced residence units. These properties form the core of the Trust’s portfolio.

In Japan, Far East H-Trust owns a freehold 319-room upscale hotel located near Chubu Centrair International Airport in Greater Nagoya.
